Guarantee / Return Policy
You have the right to return the received product within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
Return costs are borne by the person making the return.
In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
– Do not have any damage and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product.
– To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly).
– Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise we reserve the right to not accept the return.
It is clarified that changes are always made to the current price of the product with the extra charge listed above. In case the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, worth equal to the difference that results. Refunds for the above case are not made.
Return of defective products
In cases where, through proven fault of NPC Crafting.PC, defective products were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then NPC Crafting.PC assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account that will be indicated to it), as well as the remittance costs.
In order to determine if the product is defective, you should send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the product, showing the problem in as much detail as possible, in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully charged all the costs of transporting the product, in addition to those that arise, as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it. The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
Refusal to Receive
In case you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it, you are fully charged the shipping costs (both for the order sent to you and back to us)
Order cancellation – Right of withdrawal
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
Before sending the product: Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. In case the cancellation is made after the shipment of your order, you will be charged with the amount that concerns the shipping costs (for the shipment and for the return of the product).
Upon receipt of the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of the product, the conditions mentioned regarding the damage of the returned products, etc. must be met.
Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. The refund is always made at the original purchase price of the product, minus the shipping costs (for shipping and for the return of the product, an amount which we do not charge our customers upon delivery of the order, provided that they do not make use of the right of withdrawal). The deposit of your money will be made within 14 working days from the moment we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returned products.
